Firearms Direct Club, LLC ("FDC," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Firearms Direct Club Charity Raffle website (the "Site"). 100% of net proceeds benefit Honor Tribe Outdoors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Site and purchase raffle tickets.

When you purchase raffle tickets, we collect:

We also keep a record of your order, including the raffles entered, the number of tickets purchased, and your assigned ticket numbers.

We do not collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details. Payment is processed securely through Authorize.net using tokenization — your card data goes directly to Authorize.net and never touches our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• Administering the raffle — To process your ticket purchase, assign your ticket numbers, and conduct the drawing
• Verifying eligibility — To confirm that participants are 21 years of age or older and legal residents of the lower 48 US states
• Contacting the winner — To notify the winning ticket holder by email and/or phone and arrange delivery of the prize
• Order confirmation — To send you an email receipt with your order details and ticket numbers
• Customer support — To respond to questions about your order
• Legal compliance — To comply with applicable raffle regulations and other laws

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Authorize.net, a Visa solution. Your card information is tokenized client-side using Accept.js and transmitted directly to Authorize.net over encrypted channels. We only receive a transaction token — never your full card number.

Data Storage & Security

Your order information (name, address, email, phone, tickets purchased) is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and follow industry-standard security practices including parameterized queries, input sanitization, and restricted API access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

• Authorize.net — For payment processing
• Our email service provider — For sending order confirmation emails
• Service providers and authorities as required — Where necessary to deliver a prize to the winner or to comply with applicable law

Winner Announcements

By purchasing raffle tickets, you acknowledge that if you win, your name, city, and state may be publicly announced (for example, on this Site). We do not publish winners' email addresses, phone numbers, or street addresses.

Cookies

This Site does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels. We use minimal browser local storage to keep the raffle tickets in your cart until you check out.

Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at contact@firearmsdirectclub.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days. Order and ticket records may need to be retained to administer the raffle and comply with legal and financial record-keeping requirements.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and raffles are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
