Refund Policy

The Firearms Direct Club Charity Raffle is operated by Firearms Direct Club, LLC. 100% of net proceeds benefit Honor Tribe Outdoors, which provides healing outdoor experiences — hunting, fishing, and mentorship — at no cost to combat veterans and Gold Star families.
All Ticket Purchases Are Final
Raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once your payment has been processed, your uniquely numbered tickets are issued and entered into the drawing for that raffle, and they cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred to a different raffle.
Exceptions
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- Cancelled raffle — If a raffle is cancelled for any reason, all ticket purchases for that raffle will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge.
Refunded tickets are void and are not eligible for the drawing.
How to Request a Refund
For a duplicate or erroneous charge, email us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or look up your order on the Order Status page.
